Bequests

Some significant gifts are from people who make a bequest through a will or trust.  There are many ways to do this and if you have questions about it you may ask the Chief Librarian for more information.  Just a few of these ways include:

  • Some people make an initial gift and finish that gift with a bequest.
  • You could donate all or the balance of your estate to the Library after payments to members of your family or friends.
  • You might give a specific amount of money to the Library in your will.
  • You could name the Library to receive part of your estate if your beneficiaries pre-decease you.
  • And many more.  Consider asking your legal counsel for more information.
