Here they are.  Graphic novels just for you!  Graphic novels are very popular these days and the Library now has a separate section for younger readers who enjoy them.

There are plenty to choose from and more to come.  You might like to try the BabyMouse series by Jennifer L. Holm or the Bone series by Jeff Smith or Salt Water Taffy by Matthew Loux to name a few.

What’s the difference between graphic novels and comic books?  Well, graphic novels tend to tell a complete story even though it’s in comic book form.  Comics are short and may be part of a longer series.  Some say the difference is in the binding.  Some say the first graphic novels were Stone Age cave paintings.  In any case, here they are for you to enjoy!
