Career Link

Free employment counseling service for men and women. Career link provides individual counseling: assistance with job search (resumes, cover letters, interview skills, etc.), career planning, access to training, self-employment exploration, and development of study skills and learning strengths. It also provides various workshops and other services to help with job searches.

Crisis and Suicide Prevention Centre

The Distress Line provides 24 hour phone counseling by professionally trained volunteers, for people experiencing emotional distress.  The 24 hour crisis intervention service is available to the hearing and speech impaired.  Suicide prevention workshops are available for youth, teachers, school counselors and parents.
